Plantation Bay: Banaga Family
Early morning is now my favorite time to shoot. I woke up around four to make it to the six a.m call time. They were ready! And as soon as the sun rose, I had a few favorite frames already.
I love it when families make me a part of their family reunion. I wish I could do this more often. When I make family albums it brings me back to that time when photos were inserted in readily made albums. The kind where you peel the transparent paper and then layout the prints. It sounds so ancient already! Are those being sold in the market still?
I had fun with the Banaga family. At first, it was a little awkward (a normal occurrence). But as we went along, they started to relax and I did too. I wanted to capture their closeness!
They remind me of the quote, “Together we make a FAMILY.”
