Pebble Beach Family Session

The other day I traveled all the way to Santander to photograph Amber and the whole family. Santander is the southernmost part of Cebu. Right across it is the city of Dumaguete. It took me four hours to get there. I just love road trips so much, I didn’t mind the distance.

There was a typhoon brewing that day. It rained on the way there. I was worried that I’d get an email from Amber to tell me that it was impossible to make it happen.

When I saw Pebble Beach I was so taken by it. The shoreline was adorned by round pebbles and seashells. Driftwoods here and there. The water was so calm but if you look closer, you’d see whirlpools. I saw a couple of scuba divers.  One day, I will explore the underwater beauty of Pebble Beach.

I had a great time documenting Amber’s family. She said whenever they go places, they always have their photos taken. I am grateful to have become part of their vacation in Cebu. For most of them, it was their first time here.
