Olango Island Japanese Couple Session
It was my first time meeting them at the port beside Movenpick hotel. She wore a wedding dress and didn’t really care what the other people were thinking. I saw glances here and there. Locals were amused by her. Imagine a girl boarding a public pumpboat going to Olango Island. There were smiles too! Because wedding does that to people.
We rode the trike and went to our first location. It was my first time at the bird sanctuary. I wish we had the luxury of time. It would have been more beautiful if we did the shoot in afternoon when the light was prettier and softer. I shall go back!
I had a couple of challenges that day. Aside from the heat, my assistant didn’t show up and I struggled with the language barrier. I had to be creative so that they would understand what I wanted to tell them. Actions supplemented words! I had fun.
