Hale Manna Renewal Of Vows: Mark & Therese

Hale Manna will always be one of my favorite beach destinations.  It feels like it envelopes me into a tight embrace as soon as I enter the premises. When it’s dark at night and all I hear is the sound of the waves racing to the shore, crickets from afar, and sometimes the sound of merriment, it is but enough to lull me to sleep. When I go there for work,  my challenge is how to condition my mind not to fall asleep. Because when I see those huts and the comfy rocking chairs and even those red chairs under the Talisay tree, it makes me want to take off my shoes and just lounge and let the hours tick away without a care in the world.

It is also Mark and Therese favorite place. They are my favorite couple to photograph. Mark and I are Virgos. We share the same star! Therese and I come a long long way. Many things happened in our lives. I photographed their renewal of vows five years ago. Her kids birthday parties and her birthday party too. Our friendship has surpassed childish tantrums and even if we don’t get to talk always or see each other, we still stay the same. Still crazy friends.
