Sunset and balloons: Lorie and Alfred
We went to the mountain yesterday for Lorie and Alfred’s engagement session. We waited for the right light! Sunset was at five-twenty in the afternoon.
I love to shoot this time of day. It’s softer and everything else seems to slow down a bit like things and people are softening their pace. It must be because it is a reminder that the day is about to end.
I enjoyed taking pictures of Alfred and Lorie. When we started, Alred was a bit stiff but as we progressed, he slowly warmed up. I love their chemistry and the unguarded moments in between. The stare that they share with so much meaning. These are the moments that I live for as a photographer. Moments, that I wish, I could repeatedly capture.
