Shangri-la Mactan: Daniel and Katrina
I initially thought that Daniel was a girl. Often times it is the girl who arranges a couple session.
When I met them at the lobby of Shangri-la, they reminded me of the few Korean movies I’ve watched. Haven’t watched much but Koreans make the most heart-wrenching love stories. My favorite so far is the Good Doctor. Maybe because it is a story of a boy with autism. Something that I can very much relate to. I was so into the Korean version (which is way better than the English version) that I slept super late.
Daniel and Katrina had a gentle way of showing their affection for each other. I couldn’t understand their exchange of words so I had to rely on their actions. Daniel held her hand most of the time. They laughed and looked into each other’s eyes. Sweetness!
