I

It has been a crazy January and February. I’ve been wanting to write about Jing and Oskee’s wedding, but life happened. I had to set it aside and all the other photo sessions that I wanted to share.

I initially thought that when you are a business owner, life would be easier. Mentally and financially! I was so wrong. My mind would wander even if my eyes were closed. I’d think of ideas that would consume my days. I’d grow impatient and want results right away. People frustrate me when they don’t get me and deliver what I want.

Until one day, I realized that I shouldn’t be so controlling and let the universe take care of the rest.

So here I am again. Finding my peace in this crazy world as an entrepreneur. I realized that all the time I’ve been grumpy and frustrated and sometimes angry, I missed my creative self. I yearned for creative output. My system looked for my camera and I really wanted to take pictures of anything. It’s hard to explain!

Before February ends, I want to share Jing and Oskee’s wedding pictures.

I can vividly remember a conversation I had with Oskee and Jing. They said they want their suppliers to be their friends, not just mere suppliers but part of their big day. I was deeply touched. They were the kind of people I wanted to work with and for.  It’s heartwarming when clients treat us as friends rather than just suppliers. It makes us want to do better and more.
