Bump love: The Abads

Sometimes I get confused what title I should use for maternity sessions that double as a mini family session.

This is the third time I have photographed this family.  The first was a maternity session with little Marcuz still in his mama’s tummy.  We didn’t really get to bond!

The second time was a lot different. That was when I got to know about The Abad’s a little. It was my first time to meet Marcuz too. I photographed his pre-birthday session.

Yesterday, I saw them again.  This time though it felt like meeting an old friend.  Marcuz and I, we just clicked. He calls his mama Nanay and his papa, Dad.  He allowed me to carry him while he watched his mama sprawled beautifully on the floor surrounded by pink flowers. He kept calling her, “Naaay!”  This time he didn’t like to be photographed.

The concept of this session was all mommy Gwynne’s idea.  She researched and asked the stylist, Laure Grace, to make it happen.  She prepared for this shoot!
